ASTEC celebrates over 50 years of its service to the Piping & Instrument industry with over a MILLION Valves & Fittings in use worldwide. Since the last decade our focus has been to provide advance engineered products and piping solutions that are ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY. We successfully designed and manufactured Class A FET Valves or low Fugitive Emissions solutions for multiple process piping and instrument lines. Amongst our biggest success stories have been the PLUG & PLAY Close Coupled Instrument hook ups. Custom built to clients hook up drawings. These assemblies have not only saved the Clients/EPC of complex engineering and it fabrication cost & time....it has eliminated nearly 50% joints making the current system SAFER and ECO Friendly. In a recent case study jointly with RIL teams(Reliance Industries) executing a USD 12 Billion petrochemical plant we successfully eliminated over 50% joints....an unimaginable 5,00,000 joints were designed out of the system.
