Copeland began and remains an applicator of severe service coatings. Our processes included the HVOF, plasma and spray and fuse processes. We have been commended by industry leaders such as Metco, Wall Colmonoy and Doloro Stellite for our early pioneering work in developing many of the processes currently used today. We have worked for all of these years with the singular goal to provide "the finest wear resistant products at the best price and with the best delivery."
Today, Copeland's primary focus is on the manufacture of metal seated valves for the severe service conditions of erosion, corrosion, high pressures and temperatures as well as high cycling, abrasive catalyst metering and gummy materials such as FCCU bottoms.
Recently, Copeland has been asked to develop a variety of new products that address some of the major concerns of the day: fugitive emissions, cost and reliability. One product innovation often leads to the improvement of other lines as well and we are excited about the future of our new product lines.
