Corrosion Control Services (B) Pvt. Ltd., (CCS), provides engineering services related to turnkey cathodic protection (CP), non destructive testing (NDT) and consulting services for onshore and offshore projects related to oil, gas, petrochemical and process industries in India and overseas.In regard to turnkey CP, we provide the entire gamut of services including design, supply of materials, installation, supervision and commissioning, as well as monitoring and maintenance services for CP systems. Further, we execute a wide range of CP surveys such as close-interval potential survey (CIPS), direct current voltage gradient (DCVG) survey, current attenuation testing (CAT) and Pearson surveys. Our extensive experience in the field of CP covers onshore pipelines, city gas distribution piping, plant piping, tank bottoms, underground vessel, offshore pipelines and jetty piles.Additionally, we also carry out specialized studies related to AC and DC interference detection and mitigation, including software modeling for AC interference detection on pipelines to predict the possible presence of hazardous AC influence. Besides CP services, we provide the entire range of NDT services including inspection and panoramic radiography of pipelines (6” – 60” dia.) using crawlers. Given our expertise and widespread experience of over five decades in the area of CP and NDT, we are often called upon to offer advice on technical issues related to CP and pipeline integrity.
