ELECMECH, a pioneer in the field of LT Switchgear Panel Industry, is a well established Engineering organization having over 4 decades of Electrical Engineering experience in Designing, Manufacturing, Testing, and Supply of high quality Electrical Panels in India.The Flagship of Elecmech Group companies M/S Elecmech Corporation was established in the year 1962 at Goregaon with office in Fort, Mumbai, from a humble beginning thereof, Elecmech went on to establish a 22000 Sq feet Manufacturing facility starting in Andheri East. Mumbai, due to our Non-Compromising Quality, Maintenance free designs & the support of our Valued Customers. Elecmech went on to establish 2 additional manufacturing locations in Ahmedabad and Vadodra, all completely geared for in-house manufacturing of LT Panels and Busducts for prestigious projects throughout India. The flagship company has now diversified into other businesses.
Currently all manufacturing activity is now centralized at our Ahmedabad works, which is fully geared to manufacture Hi-Quality Panels, Busducts and Automation systems, with the latest, new 11 tank hot pretreatment process powder coating plant which gives the most Enduring and long lasting Paint coating of fabricated MS Panels.
Elecmech has competent, well-qualified and experienced electrical and electronic engineers having mastery in their respective fields ably supported by trained team of manufacturing technicians.
Estimation and Marketting functions are taken care from our Mumbai HO. Estimation office is fully computerized and is equipped with computers and standardized s/w for quick estimation of Switchboards and Busducts.
Elecmech Panels are assembled and wired at our Ahmedabad works with CNC panel fabrication out sourced from pre-approved fabrication sub vendors, as per Elecmech developement part and assembly drawings, under the supervision of trained Engineers. Elecmech drawout Panels are bolted type with completely interchangeable trolleys, and standard compartment sizes which can be modified even at site.
Elecmech has successfully participated in several prestigious projects and is on the approved Vendor List of most of major consultants, few of which are listed herewith
Elecmech panels are designed and tested for 50 KA, 65 KA rms for 1 sec fault levels, Temperature Rise Test & IP- Protection tests at various test houses like ERDA Vaoddara, CPRI Bhopal, Bangalore.
