EROL EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, 100% Export Oriented Unit, is an
ISO 9001 Company certified by TUV CERT (now TUV NORD) Germany right from its
inception. EROL achieved ISO14001 Certification in 2002, which was followed by
BS OHSAS 18001 (now ISO 45001) Certification in 2003. 

Established in 1996, the Company is engaged in
the manufacture of Abrasive Blasting Equipment including CE and ASME marked Blast
Pots, Bulk Blasters, Air Receivers, After Coolers, Air Dryers, Abrasive
Metering Valves, Fume Arms and allied equipment. 

Most of EROL products are CE & ATEX marked.
EROL has ASME U, NB and R Stamps for the pressure vessels. The
pressure vessels can also be certified for MOM Singapore, DOSH
Malaysia, CRN etc. 

Erol also manufacture parts for sandblasting
which are Clemco US / European compatible, Schmidt US compatible, Empire US
compatible etc. We are OEM to about 32 Companies in the World.

We are open to customizing valves and pressure
vessels for our customers according to their requirements. 

Erol is equipped with a Foundry with aluminum
gravity die casting/ pressure die casting facilities; investment casting plant;
electric induction furnace for melting steel /cast Iron/ brass etc.

    We
have a well equipped Machine Shop with CNC Vertical Machining, CNC Turning
Centres and other modern machines and tools.

    We
have a steel fabrication unit with CNC Air Plasma Cutting Machine, Rolling
Machine, Hydraulic Presses, Mechanical Presses, TIG, MIG, SMAW Welding Machines
etc.

    We
have Plastic Injection Moulding Machine, Electro Plating and Hard Anodizing
Plants, Powder Coating plant and an in-house ETP.

    We
also have Chemical & Physical Testing Laboratories consisting of
Spectrometer for chemical analysis and Universal Testing Machine besides
Metrology.

  We are
a unit recognized for in house R & D by Department of Science &
Technology, Ministry of Science & Technology Government of India.
