We also have supporting network for customer service in many parts of India like (Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Assam, Goa, etc...) to cover our prestigious customers requirement all over the country. To minimize the downtime our focus has al-ways been on the after sales support for technical services for installation, commissioning and servicing of the products supplied by our principals.
• On behalf of some of our principals, services have been provided even outside India in countries like Thailand, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, etc. All our field engineers are trained abroad by the respective Principals at their respective factories for commissioning and repairs of the machines.
• ICE carries capabilities & infrastructure to provide service facility to customers’ right up to component level including electronic control cards with the help of our principal. Now with Make in India drive ICE ASIA PVT Ltd. has started engineering activities to provide Indian market with indigenous products.
