TERM & CONDITIONS 

      Payout:     

Permanent placement fees are mentioned below of the successful candidate's first year’s Total Annual remuneration.  

             *GST is applicable on all professional fees as per the current Finance Act.

      Replacement: 

If any of our candidates decide to leave your organization any day before 60 Days, we will provide you with free replacement against them only once (for the same position) provided you intimate us within 7 days of the candidate leaving your organization & the fees will not be refundable. This does not apply to cases where the Client terminates the services of the candidate for any reason whatsoever after confirming his / her appointment unless the reference check of the candidate is negative (Proof to be provided by the client). The final selection of the replacement candidate offered by us is entirely at the Client's sole discretion and we shall have no further responsibilities or liabilities to the Client in this regard.

      Payment:

The organization will be liable to pay all professional fees to Algae Services within 30 days of the selected candidate(s) joining the Client organization.

AND

We shall be entitled to our professional fees if the candidate interviewed and initially rejected by you is subsequently appointed or if the candidates sent by us are approached directly and subsequently selected by you within a period of 6 months from the date of sending their resume or fixing their interview.

Interviewing of candidates referred by Algae Services shall be deemed as an acceptance of our terms and conditions and agree to pay the relevant fee for such candidate(s) employed by the organization to whom the referral was made or any other organization or person associated with it.
