KESHAV KRIPA POLYPLAST
LLP (KKP) was formed on November, 2015, by Four Partners at Village Tikawada,
Kishangarh, Rajasthan with the object of manufacturing DWC Pipe range from
100 mm to 500 mm die size use for sewerage and 40mm to 315mm size for cable
duct etc.

A Double Wall
Corrugated pipe is the most common corrugated pipe design for drainage and
sewerage , Underground Cable Duct. Corrugated pipes are manufactured from HDPE
resins. The Design philosophy of Corrugated pipes is to provide products with
suitable properties and the required margin of safety, that will enable the
pipe to perform satisfactory after an extended period of operation ( more of 50
years ) under typical service conditions.

Leak proof and no infiltration of groundwater even in unfavorable bedding
contour.

Ø Material
Cost: Low Comparison RCC and CI Pipes.

Ø Joining
Cost: Low due to push fir jointing

Ø Maintenance
Cost: Low due to best corrosion resistance

Ø Long
Life Performance: Abrasion of the inner wall of the pipes is very low and
smooth on plastic pipes. Plastics are very resistant against acids and other
aggressive fluids

Ø Light
in weight but very strong: Up to 60% of raw materials can be saved in
comparison to solid walled plastic

Lighting Networks: Protective casing of pole to pole street lighting cables.

Ø DWC
pipe allows for easy, fast installation of the cables upon completion of civil
work. Easy replacement of cables because of smooth inner surface reduces
maintenance costs.

Ø City Distribution Network: DWC
pipe systems allow easy installation and maintenance.

The Product is used on a wide range by almost all the
Departments in India like Railways, PWDs, Telecom Companies, Development
Authorities, State Electricity Board, Airport Authorities, Power Distribution
Companies etc. for power/Telecom/Signaling cable protection and water
management systems. 

PRESENT STATUS:-

At present we have BIS 16098 Part 2: 2013 ( for
Sewerage )  and BIS 16205 Part 24 : 2016
( For Cable Duct ), obtain from BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS GOVT OF INDIA.

We have also ISO Certificate i.e., ISO
9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015

KKP LLP is already registered with GEM portal of
Government of India and
also as STARTUP company in India.

We are already approved vendor in Various
States( for sewerage Purpose) such As Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra,
Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh etc., with various Private and Public company such
as L&T, Delhi Metro, Various Electricity Board, Delhi Jal Board, Indian
Railways, Reliance Jio, Tata Power Projects, Airport Authority ,
Telecommunication etc.
