Founded in 1996 with offices in Rhoon and Ridderkerk, near the Rotterdam Europoort area, KPS primarily focuses upon serving the oil and gas industry worldwide.

Customer-focused and innovative with a team of experts who understand customer needs, problems and applications for services such as custody transfers, refinery processes and filtration of hydrocarbons. Customer satisfaction and HSE / Environment are our first priorities.

We are experts in custody transfers of Natural Gas and Crude Oils for composition analyses, separation processes in refineries, and the filtration of hydrocarbons. As an example, a large number of our installed automatic crude oil sampling systems are used to verify the bill of lading, for total verifications worth billions of US $ annually. We regulary customize our systems to meet highly specialized analyzer projects.

We utilise in-house instrumentation and expertise to validate analyser performance for customer applications prior to manufacturing and delivering systems worldwide. Essentially, all customer applications are validated prior to the system’s shipment in order to qualify the effectiveness of our products to meet customer needs. This also speeds up installation start-up and reinforces the successful customer operation of our systems.

Safety is our highest priority. Our goal is to have zero fatalities and no incidents that cause harm to our people and the people we work with. To prevent accidents, we manage safety in a systematic way and are introducing simpler and clearer requirements that are easier for people to understand and follow.
To manage the impact of our site work and projects on the environment and society we have a comprehensive set of business principles and rigorous standards covering health, safety, security, and the environment (HSSE). Our business principles provide high-level guidance and the Commitment and Policy on HSSE reflects our aims on how we operate and involve the parties involved close to our site work.
We audit our businesses and seek assurance that HSSE requirements have been implemented and are effective. The heads of our businesses and functions are required to report to the Chief Executive at the end of each year on how they have applied our business principles and standards, and the effectiveness of the controls in place.

Tracking our performance against a range of customer satisfaction criteria helps us to focus our efforts to improve into the future. This consistent focus on quality gives us the ability to provide our clients with the high product quality that we have promised and has resulted in a number of long-term customer relationships. Our manufacturing processes are based on standardised operating processes such as ISO 9001 that ensure every system is subjected to the same high-quality treatment. Rigid process controls and decades of field experience in the Oil & Gas industry have allowed us to adopt the best practices.

KPS’s support team is comprised of dedicated, experienced product and measurement application specialists dedicated to providing responsive Product Support, Training, Field Service and Consulting services oriented toward your specific needs and goals.
Training is an integral component of the cost of ownership of any system supplied by KPS. At a component level, knowledge of a system’s installation, operation and maintenance is essential for maintaining performance.
