            We undertake the following activities for all types of Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Hydro Turbines, Gear Boxes, Generators, Compressors, Pumps etc., no matter where they originated.

·       Annual Maintenance Overhauls (Major & Minor).

·       Condition Assessment (NDT) and Condition Monitoring activities (Vibration Analysis & In-Situ Balancing of Rotating Equipments).

·       Repair & Reconditioning of Rotors followed by thorough cleaning, NDT and Low (or) Rated Speed balancing in vacuum Tunnel as per International Standards.

·       Reconditioning of Bearings, Steam Glands, Oil Glands etc.,

·       Manufacturing & Supply of spares such as :

        (Based on the drawings or through Reverse Engineering from old components)

-       Nozzles, Blades, Diaphragms.

-       Bearings (Journal, Thrust Cum Journal, 2-Lobe, 4-Lobe, Tilting Pad type etc.,)

-       Thrust Pads & Tilting Pads.

-       Steam Glands, Oil Glands, Labyrinth Seals, Carbon Glands.

-       Sealing Fins and Caulking Wire, Aluminium / Brass Scrapper Rings.

-       Governing System spares such Valve Cones, Valve Spindles.

-       Parting Plane Studs & Nuts, Insulating Washers etc.,
