SAGPL, established in the year of 1986 is one of top manufacturer of Industrial Gaskets in Gujarat ( Eng. & Industrial Hub of India). We have passion to produce best product with on time delivery consistently.
We have adequate floor space - around 15000 sq.ft in which 500 sq.ft constructed - and machine shop facitly 10 power press ranging from 5 tons to 100 tons, Hydraulic Press, 13 Fly Presses, Platen Punching Machine, Power Shears, etc. - to meet our customers' satisfaction consistently. In house CAD/CAM facility and toolroom gives us flexibility to serve our customer at any hour of the day.
Our product range includes Gaskets (upto 3 ft. Dia & 3mm Thk.) made from CAF, NON Asbestos Jointing, Flexible Graphite, Cellulose Fiber, Hilite Paper, Diff. Types of Cork, S.S., Aluminium, Copper, Wire Reinforced Material, Etc. We also manufacture Shrouded/Claded Gaskets from Asbestos & Non Asbestos (Kevlar) material. Spiral Gaskets with & w/o Centering rings with all types of fillers are produced at our plant. All types of Washers from different Material, Pealable & Non-Pealeble Shims, Rubber Gaskets & O Rings are also among our product range. We also serve POY/FDY industries, and have wide range of Inlet Gaskets, Diapharm/Membrane Gaskets, Jointing rings, Retaining Ring, Sleeve joints, etc.
Our production is supported by experienced staf to supervise Quality. we have been placed on NO INSPECTION (Self Certification) Supplier ist of Ingersoll Rand (I) Ltd., Dresser Rand (I) Ltd., SPX Flow Technology to whom we supply 100% of their gasket requirement. We have achieved best supplier award from SPX Flow Technology. This is the result of Quality Policy and Quality Process adopted by us. We also have ISO 9001:2008 certification of TUV,SUD.
