SUDHIR SWITCHGEARS PRIVATE LIMITED is a part of the "SUDHIR" Group of Industries founded in 1968 by Mr. Radheshyam Agarwal and Mr. Sajjan Kumar Agarwal. The company started off with the manufacturing of Flameproof Industrial type Light Fittings and Switchgears from a small factory gala of 2000 Sq. Ft. and has grown to a full fledged Independent factory premises with over 11,000 Sq. Ft. of manufacturing space built over 1300 sq. meters of plot area.
SUDHIR SWITCHGEAR was born with a desire to excel. It has been the philosophy of the company to not only offer quality products with timely deliveries, but at the same time, update the existing range with the latest developments around the globe. Our motive is to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet all their requirements under one roof. "Product development at SUDHIR is a continuos process" has been the motto since inception.
Constant adoption of technology has led to the installation of latest sophisticated Softwares in our factory and office . Almost all our operations are computerized right from Enquiry stage to Order Processing, Costing, Production Planning and Designing, Order Drawing, Execution ,Departmental Reports, Total Inventory Management, everything is computerised.
Our constant and vast experience and interaction with our customers has helped us develop better products and also design and selection of maintenance free and cost effective solutions. We are constantly adding new products to our range making it more and more exhaustive. This we have been able to achieve by having direct interaction with the end users i.e. direct industries situated at various different locations and their Valuable Suggestions and Contributions.
We specialise in design and development of various new Enclosures and Equipments as per specific requirement of customer whether it is original Equipment Manufacturer or the ultimate end user .
It has always been the principle with SUDHIR to meet delivery schedules on time. Most of the Standard items are always in production schedule and can be supplied either from ready stock or within a minimum time frame.
We believe in Customer Satisfaction as the Ultimate goal and as such we have changed and developed new products as per specific requirement and suggestions given by Ultimate customers . For some range of products , we have developed different designs to suit particular technical requirement of the customer.
To offer personalised and better services to our customers we have full- fledged marketing team headed by Director Marketing assisted by Marketing Manager and Sales Engineers. We have well established and Widely spread dealership network all over the country.
At the Designing and Product Development stage itself, utmost care is taken for Quality, Ease in Installation and Maintenance, Perfect Inter-changeability of the product. While manufacturing, at every stage, quality and performance is checked. Most of the products do not require maintenance, when necessary, however, Engineers and Technicians are always available to give after-sales service. Spare parts are always available off the shelf so that the works is not held up.
