Introduction

 SYNCHROTECH
EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED was registered as a company act 1952 specifically to deal with Design & Manufacturing engineering process
equipment’s, material handling, sugar equipment’s, Boiler parts and general
fabrication works.Established in 2011 as small fabrication unit
old name (Shubham Engineers) by Mr.Shekhar Shelar,  Mr.Rakesh Gadvi with 10-15 employees, at
present 42 employees are connected to group who are responsible for multi-dimensional
growth of the New Name - SYNCHROTECH EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED. At present the monthly production capacity is
more than 200 MT & in near further the company expect to increase the
production capacity with major expansions are lined up to enhance the capacity
up to 250 MT per month. SYNCHROTECH EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED is known for its exception
ability to design, fabrication and delivery to take Customer
Satisfaction,

Infrastructure


We have a fabrication workshop at Shelar Wasti Chikhali (approx. 8 km
from Chakan MIDC)Which was established in 2011, the workshop has the handling capacity
3600 MT annually also Six thousand sq. feet covered with flooring area, three
thousand covered Blasting Boot and thirty thousand open. It has all the latest
equipment and best facilities to take care of our customer needs.

same.We perform all the desired necessary check and tests as per relevant
standard code. All our equipment’s go through rigourous test like D.P. test,
radiography test, dimensional inspection, hydrostatic test, pneumatic test,
vacuum/ stimulation test to ensure top quality before being dispatched to our
customer.A rigourous quality assurance program ensures the equipment’s
manufacturing meet the customer specification and required standard.
