Tata Steel Growth Shop (TGS), a division of Tata Steel Ltd. is one of the largest Designer and manufacturer of Plants and Equipments in India. Spread over more than 350 acres of land at Gamharia, Dist - Seraikela, about 16 Kms from Jamshedpur and 250 Kms from Kolkata, India, TGS has a massive and state-of-the-art manufacturing unit accredited with ISO: 9001 and ISO: 14001 certifications. The plant has general engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, machining, heat treatment and NDT facilities. The Tata Growth Shop Complex houses 9 covered sheds and spreads across 72000 Sq meters.
Production at the Growth Shop is strengthened by a well-equipped Quality Assurance Department that has a wide range of testing and inspection facilities for implementing stringent quality checks. Each area of specialisation - be it designing, manufacturing or quality inspection, is taken care of by highly skilled and qualified people who work relentlessly to deliver world-class products to clients.
