Technocast Foundry Private Limited to your esteemed organization.

Our company, founded in the year 2002 is based out of Coimbatore in the
state of Tamil Nadu – India.

We are ISO 9001/TS 16949/ISO 14001/EOHS 18001/ PED certified. 

We specialize in manufacture and supply of Grey Iron
and Ductile Iron Castings.  We have In-house facility consisting
of DISA High Pressure Molding (HPML) with
AUTO POUR, ARPA 450, ARPA 1300, Shell molding ,  CNC machine shop ,  a paint
shop and a heat treatment division.

Our current installed capacity of the foundry is 18,000 M.Ton /Annum and
we are continuously expanding our capacity to meet our customers growing
demand.

We are capable of producing parts from 100 gms to 550 Kgs by
weight and we supply them in fully machined condition as per
customer’s requirement.

Our In house machining facility consists of a fleet of 50 CNC
machines including HMC’s, VMC’s, VTL’s, CNC Turning machines & a Gear
Shaper.

Our quality inspection facilities include CMM (2 No’s), Contour Tracers,
Washing, Horizontal and Vertical balancing machines, Leak / Pressure
testing and other required testing facilities In-house.

We currently supply to diversified industry segments like Automotive,
Transmission, Construction, Valves, Hydraulics, Agriculture, Off Road
Vehicles, OEM's etc.

Currently 50% of our production is exported to customers in Europe &
US.

Our esteemed customers across industry segment  include  CATERPILLER, TATA -Hitachi ,
Mitsubishi, Carrier ,SAME DEUTZ ,  AMAZONE,
 FIAT, DAIMLER, TAFE (AGCO), TVS
Autoserve  , GKN Driveline, Walterschied,
ABB,  XYLEM Corp, EBARA Corp, SIEMENS,
