We would like to introduce ourselves Utkarsh have our HQ at Kolkata, West Bengal in India and we are a large-scale manufacturer of steel products which includes but not limited to, Octagonal Lighting Poles, Steel Tubular Poles, High Masts, Flood Light Masts, Stadium Masts, Steel Tubes and Pipes (ERW black and Galvanized), Roll formed sections, Structural Steel Products, Polymer products etc for infrastructure & industrial applications.

We are presently manufacturing and supplying about 20,000 MT of steel products every month across different products in our products range. Our plants are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and CE as per EN1090, certified, with two large scale units located - one at Jangalpur near Howrah in Kolkata and another one at Gurap at Hooghly, West Bengal.

The company is in operation since the year 1995 and the total revenue as off last financial year was 250+ Million USD. The company is financially sound and is therefore poised to take up further developments in steel and polymer manufacturing.

WHY UTKARSH INDIA HIGH MAST STRUCTURES AND STREET LIGHTING POLES:

Our manufacturing facility for High Mast Structures and Street Lighting Poles is capable of supplying as per various National/ International standards/ specifications for the below mentioned products:

1. Structural Design: complying as per the Technical Report No. 7 of ILE UK/ PLG – 07 of ILP – Design and Construction of Mast; as per BS EN 1993 – 1 – 9.2005 for Fatigue; BS EN 40 for lighting columns; and as  per Indian standards IS 875 Part – 3 Wind Loading and IS 1893 for seismic conditions.
2. Raw Material: As per BS EN 10025:1993 High Tensile Steel plates of grade up to 550 MPa yield strength (YST); as per IS 2062:2011/ BS EN 10025-2:2019 Mild Steel Plate; and IS 1367:2002 for Foundation Bolts.
3. Manufacturing Process: Complying with BS EN 1011 – 1 for submerged arc welding; BS EN ISO 1461/ IS 2629 for Hot Dip Galvanization
4. Accessories: Complying as per IS 9507/ BS 3701 for Winch; IS 3459/ 2266 for SS wire rope; IS 9968 Part – 1 for Elastomeric Insulated Trailing cable; IS 694 for PVC insulated/ PVC sheathed flexible cable; IS 1554 Part – 1 for LT PVC insulated power and control cable; IS 7098 LT XLPE insulated power and control cable; IS 325/ IS 12615 for LT motor; IS 13947 for electric panel; IS 456/ IS2911 for Foundation and finally our products fully comply with the ICAO guidelines.

• We have the in-house setup and experience of manufacturing and supplying High Mast, Octagonal & Conical street lighting poles, sports lighting structures, signage mast unipoles, flag masts etc from 10m up to 60m. • NABL certificates available for material testing of Mast shaft, base flange and foundation bolts (as per IS 2062)
• Lantern carriage material tests conforming to IS 1161/ 1239 standards
• NABL certificate available for head frame die cast Al pulley and SS shaft testing
• SS wire lifting rope quality checks as per AISI 316
• Winch lowering mechanism & EPR, PCP rubber coated trailing cable verified as per standards
• Lighting masts structural and galvanizing quality maintained as per IS4759
