Quote should be as below.
Material should be as per the attached TDC No “ BERG-TDC-5518-003B & BERG-TDC-5518-003C.
With the offer compliance should be provided on the TDC with Sign and Stamp
The MTC should be EN 10204 type 3.2 Certified as per TDC.
All Chemical and mechanical testing should be done from NABL approved Lab(For India) and the reports should be endorsed by TPI.
Heat treatment reports shall be submitted
