YOUR PROPOSAL MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE ATTACHED SPREADSHEET TO BE CONSIDERED BY COB, Friday 7/11/2025.
Important Details for Proposal:
· The material quoted must comply with Kinder Morgan Natural Gas Approved Manufactured Material. Please advise if you need a copy of this approved manufacturer’s list.
· To verify, provide the manufacturer names for all materials quoted. All offered MFG’s must be per KM AML. MTR’S AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE must be included in your proposal
· Reference “RFQ PRP-214985_Flanges” on all correspondence and on your proposal.
· Kinder Morgan Terms and Conditions will apply unless there are negotiated terms in place with your company. No exceptions will be allowed.

All bid proposals must now include a detailed Total Bid Cost (TBC) breakdown, with a clearly defined line item for tariffs. Tariffs should be calculated based on the rates in effect as of the bid due date.
Suppliers must provide the following for each product or component that may be impacted by tariffs or duties:

HTS Code (Harmonized Tariff Schedule number)
Sub-supplier Name (if applicable)
Expected Delivery Date to Supplier
Manufacturing Location
Additionally, suppliers must:
Provide a cost breakdown including:
Tariffs
Duties
Administrative fees
Acknowledge that tariff rates included in the bid are binding, unless there is documented evidence of a significant change.
