Shipping Terms
RFQ DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR PERUSAL:
- MR No. 2820-2025-74255 (due to big size pdf. File. The same will be sent through NPCC FTP server separately in a separate e-mail)
- ITB documents including NMDC Energy T&C’s
NOTE:
· Bid shall be strictly in line with NMDC Energy BOM format (Item Numbers, Quantity, Unit, etc.) in Excel sheet and PDF File stamped & sign attached.
· Bidder can quote for partial items as per the approved product range.
· Bidder must Quote for total Qty ( Released + Hold)
· Each bidder shall follow the approved ADNOC AVL/ Manufacturing Location
· Deviations/ Exceptions to the ADNOC spec., if any to be indicated separately by the bidder’s.
· Technical Compliance Check List (TCCL) and Deviation List (DL) shall accompany strictly along with the bid, failing to submit will lead to disqualify the technical bid.
· All items to be manufactured / quoted only from the ADNOC approved plant location.
· Bidders to submit reference list of previous supply to ADNOC projects along with the bid. The reference list shall be for the same type of material, same size, specs, or superior.
BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN TWO PARTS, AS SAID BELOW:
Part-1 - Un-priced Commercial Bid and Technical Bid by e-mail addressed to Mr. Prasad Joshi (prasad.joshi@nmdc-group.com;) with copy to to Mr. Anand Bakshi (anand.bakshi@nmdc-group.com;), Mr. Mohamed Khaled Bakalla (mohamed.bakalla@nmdc-group.com; ) & Mr. Subhash Velayudhan (subhash.velayudhan@nmdc-group.com; )
To include all technical information and an un-priced copy of the commercial bid.
