Shipping Terms
1. Commercial Submission
Signed & stamped quotation in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD), per item and total price.
Delivery period in exact weeks from contract signing (no ranges).
Offer validity: minimum 90 days from bid closing date.
Warranty terms (as per KOC requirements).
Acceptance of Third-Party Inspection (TPI).
Country of Origin (must match KM 08-01 approval).
2. Technical Submission
For each line item, please provide:
Filled-in KOC Valve Data Sheet (Appendix II of KOC-MP-033).
General Arrangement Drawings (GA) with full dimensions.
Bill of Materials (BOM).
Manufacturer’s Technical Catalogue & Datasheets.
Material specifications for body, trim, seats, seals, etc. (matching RFQ).
Compliance Statement (Attachment D & E of Form of Tender) – confirm full compliance or list deviations.
Fire Safe Test Certificate (API 607 / API 6FA / ISO 10497, as applicable).
NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance certificate (for sour service valves).
API 6D (and/or API 6A if applicable) Monogram Certificate.
Class Approval Certificate from IACS Member (if applicable).
Sample Material Test Certificates (MTCs) from previous production.
3. Authorization & Registration
Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter to Global Tarweed (addressed to KOC for Tender No. 2147633).
Copy of manufacturer’s KOC approval (KM 08-01 list page).
ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certificates.
4. KOC Special Confirmations
Please confirm in writing:
No visible leakage in all tests.
Renewable seat design (where required).
No repair work without KOC written approval.
Integral flanged ends (cast or forged with the body) where required.
Marking as per relevant standards.
Acceptance of liquidated damages: 0.5% per week, max 10%.
