Shipping Terms
Your quotation shall include:
1. Quotation reference and date.
2. A complete description of offered material/ goods with relevant supporting data sheets, and technical literature.
3. Delivery time.
4. Delivery term.
5. Payment terms.
6. Gross weight and approx. dimension
7. Any other details, or terms as relevant to the offer.
Note:
1. Ensure that your offer is in full conformance with the scope, specifications, and requirements as given in this RFQ. Any deviation or alternative material offered is to be clearly specified with comprehensive supporting technical specifications and/or datasheets, product catalogue, photos, etc.
2. In the event that you regret to quote, please inform us of your regret before the RFQ closing date.
3. Unless having order or a request for clarification is received from “Mantra Energy International” within 30 working days after submission of the quotation, please consider your offer as non-competitive.
