Quotation Requirements
Please quote your best rock-bottom price on an EX-Works basis, and optionally FCA if available.
Specify the country of origin and manufacturer’s name clearly.
Confirm that all materials offered are new, genuine, and of original manufacturer’s production.
Indicate the delivery lead time from the date of Purchase Order.
State the validity period of your quotation (preferably minimum 90 days).
Provide Mill Test Certificates and Manufacturer’s Quality Documentation with the offer.
Include details of any warranty terms, if applicable.
Additional Information
Please complete and return the attached Price Schedule and Cost Factors Table along with your quotation.
