Shipping Terms
We hereby request that your quotation includes, at a minimum, the following particulars:
1. Pricing:
· Unit Price (in [Currency, e.g., US Dollars, EUR]).
· Total amount for the specified quantity.
· Applicable volume discounts, if any.
2. Commercial Terms:
· Accepted Payment Terms (e.g., 30% advance by T/T, 70% against copy of shipping documents).
· Incoterms 2020 to be applied (e.g., FOB [Named Port], CIP [Named Place of Destination]).
· Detailed breakdown of any ancillary charges.
3. Logistics & Supply:
· Lead Time: The estimated time from receipt of official purchase order to shipment.
· Packaging Details: Standard export packaging specifications.
· Validity Period: The period for which the quoted prices are binding.
