Registring in ADNOC helps vendors and providers to work within ADNOC and arrive on their list of suppliers. The company has a selective approach, due to which vendors have to remember some key things before starting the registration process.

Key criteria

  • For registration, the vendor requires Mainland Abu Dhabi DED Licence. The license can be in the form of an LLC or Foreign Branch.
  • Vendors having trade licenses need to have the approval of the Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC).
  • All the activities list available on the license need to match with services and products you wish to undertake with ADNOC. These steps help vendors in the initial stage to check the Work/Product list of ADNOC.

Stage of Registration

  1. First, vendors need to Register and Activate the SAP Ariba Account number to get access to ADNOC Commercial Directory. For registration:- https://service.ariba.com/Register.aw/124988040/aw?awh=r&awssk=SbHtOOG9&dard=1&ancdc=1
  2. While registering and activating the SAP Ariba Account number, vendors require All company documents and information details as per the requirement. They need to submit these documents and information.
  3. ADNOC will take one week to review the submission of all the documents and information of vendors, and if everything is correct, then ADNOC will proceed to the Pre-Qualification Stage.
  4. At Pre-Qualification Stage, the vendor needs to provide examples of 3 projects and further technical information related to their products and services.
  5. After ADNOC accepts those examples and the vendor passes the Pre-Qualification, they will be visible on the ADNOCS Supplier list.
