Description

The automatic linear tunnel-type bottle washing machine consists of the main structure, bottle holding pocket, in-feed tray, out-feed wire mesh conveyor (optional), washing nozzle, PLC and HMI, electrical panel, motor, pumps with a tank, and AC drives.

Salient Features:
1) The linear tunnel-type washing machine is manufactured or developed in accordance with GMP standards.
2) The structure of a linear tunnel-type washing machine made of MS cladding with SS 304 and Argon welding.
3) SS tanks and trays made from SS 316 are argon welded with round corners.
4) A mono-block SS pump made of SS 316 with a mechanical seal.
5) Stainless steel filter housing made of SS 316.
6) All nozzles are made from SS 316.
7) Imported gear motor for main drive and conveyor
8) AC variable drives for the main drive and conveyor.
9) Pumps with tank (60 liters each): 2 nos.
10) Pumps are provided in the machine, which gives full pressure to wash bottles properly.

13) All parts coming into contact with washing zones or jets are made from SS 316.
14) A special pocket system ensures easy and trouble-free washing of bottles on the outer and inner sides.
15) The machine is also equipped for the external washing of bottles.
16) Water recycling arrangements are possible as per the client's requirements.
17) An indexing motion makes it easier for syringes to move inside bottles.
18) A clutch device is available for stopping the machine in the event the vials or bottles are overturned or have an excessive diameter.
19) The machine is equipped with safety devices to ensure smooth and silent operation with high-rated output.
