Acoustic Sensor “NeuroAcustic – Ex”
The “NeuroAcustic – Ex” acoustic sensor is designed for use in vibroacoustic diagnostic systems for continuous monitoring of the condition and operational integrity of components and mechanisms at facilities responsible for the transportation and distribution of heat carriers, including natural gas.
The acoustic sensor is mounted on the monitored surface, detects sound waves through contact transmission, converts these sound waves into a standard audio signal, and transmits the signal to an external device.
The sensor can be used at industrial process facilities, including hazardous gas distribution and gas consumption facilities.
The acoustic sensor is designed to operate under the following environmental conditions:
Maximum ambient temperature: +110 °C
Minimum ambient temperature: −40 °C
The parameters of the intrinsically safe electrical circuits comply with the following values:
Input voltage (Ui), max: 12 V
input current (Ii), max: 0.02 A
Input power (Pi), max: 0.1 W
Internal capacitance (Ci), max: 0.065 µF
Internal inductance (Li), max: 0.01 mH
Technical Specifications:
Overall dimensions: Ø27 × 35 mm
Weight: 0.3 kg
Degree of dust and moisture protection (IP rating): IP67
Supply voltage: 3–12 V
Current consumption: 5 mA
Operating frequency range: 100–6000 Hz
Intended for:
- Thermal power plants, boiler houses, and gas distribution stations
- Oil and gas and chemical industry enterprises
- Companies specializing in equipment diagnostics
- Industrial safety and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) systems
