Inflatable Oil and Gas Stoppers are produced to be used in the petrochemical industry, oil, gas, petroleum, fuel and all other chemical industry pipelines, they are derived from the basic pipe stoppers unlike material type, the difference is in their surface layer that is made from oil and gas resistant material, their material has high resistant the oil and gas.
They are for reliable sealing or blocking of pipelines through which chemical liquid flows, the purpose is to temporarily block the pipes during the maintenance work and repair work in the pipelines.
Their material is nitrile butadiene rubber, NBR. This rubber is a preferred material for its resistance to oil, gas, oil, petroleum, fuel and other chemicals.
Inflatable Oil and Gas Pipe Stoppers can be produced for all sizes and withstand pressures that can be produced for standard type stoppers are available in diameters from 50 to 4200 mm and more if requested.
Standard working pressures of PLUGLINE Oil and Gas Pipe Stoppers are specified as 1,5 Bar (21,75 psi) and 2,5 Bar (36,25 psi).
Resistant to temperature values from -40 °C (-40 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F).
