The oral liquid, syrup, or suspension manufacturing plant system is a closed-circuit manufacturing facility that begins with the feeding of the sugar or water phase and ends with the loading of the volumetric liquid filling machine. It includes the following things.

Salient Features:
1) Liquid sugar syrup vessel offering no vibrations of the shaft.
2) There is no coupling in drive assembly that provides for lower maintenance costs of manufacturing and storage vessel.
3) All contact parts are SS 316, and non-contact parts are SS 304.
4) SS 316 construction-based pipes, interconnecting piping.
5) Pipes and fittings come in a seamless, internally electro-polished finish per DIN standards and unions.
6) Designed for internal vacuum to facilitate the transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessels.
7) Melted sugar is transferred to the manufacturing vessel through an online bag filter. The syrup is transferred to the storage vessel through a filter press.
8) Entry of all propeller agitations is from top or bottom through a specially designed mechanical seal face.
