Description

Item 8801 resin freestanding bathtub,there are 6 size for your option,they are 130cm,140cm,150cm,160cm,170cm and 180cm.We could make it transparent or semi-transparent.Main raw material is unsaturated polyester resin,with moulding and make sanding step by step on 3000 mesh and then make polishing at last.
Production:
We make these solid surface bathtubs by moulding,we mix the raw material by automatic pouring machine,raw material will be solidified in the mould,when it cool down and take off the mould,our QC will check if the size in tolerance,to check about the shape and colour difference.If there’s no problem,we will cut the bottom,drill the overflow and the water drain.Gel coat material is needed to spray gel coat on surface.Our worker will check the whole one before the next step sanding,we will polish the whole one once finish sanding.

Package:
For export,we will make solid surface tub in sealed wooden box,package steps as follows:First Cover the whole one with non-woven bag and use PE foam to cover the edge of the tub,and then fasten the tub to the wooden board with plastic belt,and cover with wooden panel.
