Description

For reliable and simple maintenance conveyor belt alignment, durable rubber discs are positioned at regular intervals along the conveyor belt to effectively eliminate conveyor roller build up by breaking up the carried material which is normally in the centre of the belt. The rubber discs are bunched together at both ends of the idler to provide support and protection to the belt edges. The ideal environment for the Rubber Disc is wet sticky or abrasive applications where the material conveyed sticks to the belt surface. The rubber discs avoid the build of material that can be deposited onto the roller surface, causing the roller diameter to form an irregular and changing shape
