Speciality Valve is the leading cryogenic ball valve manufacturer in India. It is a specialized valve designed to control the flow of liquefied gases or fluids at extremely low temperatures (typically below -150°C). These valves are critical in industries that handle cryogenic substances such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied oxygen (LOX), and liquid nitrogen (LN2), ensuring safe and efficient operation under such extreme conditions.
How its work
To safeguard and appropriately store cryogenic gases or other media, cryogenic valves are kept naturally closed. When there is high pressure, a cryogenic valve pushes into the open position, which makes it easier for the gas or other medium to pass through. The open flow continues until the pressure drops again, at this point, it swings back and shuts off using a special bubble-tight closure made of metal to stop any leaks.
Main Components:
Ball: The spherical closure element that rotates to control fluid flow.
Stem: A rod that connects the ball to the actuator, enabling rotation.
Seat: The sealing material that ensures a tight closure around the ball.
Body: The outer casing that holds all internal components, typically made of stainless steel or special alloys.
Packing: A seal around the stem to prevent leakage of fluids.
As we are trusted as Cryogenic Ball Valve Manufacturer in India, offer strong, durable and long lasting performance based valves.
Benefits:
Durability: Resistant to wear and tear due to high-quality materials designed for cryogenic temperatures.
Leak Prevention: Tight sealing ensures no leakage of cryogenic liquids and gases.
Operational Efficiency: Provides precise control over flow in critical applications involving liquefied gases.
Safety: Built to withstand extreme temperatures and pressure fluctuations, ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials.
Low Maintenance: The design allows for minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and operational costs.
