ST52 Hydraulic Cylinder Barrel Honed Tubing

Description

Honed tubes are precision seamless steel pipes used as cylinder barrels in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Manufactured from high-grade carbon steel and alloy steel such as ST52, CK45, and 42CrMo4, these tubes undergo cold drawing followed by honing or skiving and roller burnishing to achieve superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

The internal diameter is processed to tolerance class H8–H10 with roundness and straightness controlled within 0.2 mm/m. The mirror-like surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm ensures excellent sealing performance, reduced friction, and extended service life of hydraulic cylinders.

Available in inner diameters ranging from 25 mm up to 1000 mm, honed tubes are widely applied in construction machinery, mining equipment, agricultural vehicles, oilfield machinery, marine hydraulics, and industrial systems where high strength and precision are critical.
