Super Duplex is a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite iron and it has a greater and improved strength than others. The main feature is that the super duplex has a higher rate of molybdenum and chromium which makes it free from any corrosion and oxidation. Grade 2507 grade steel is considered super duplex stainless steel. It has the unique number UN32750 and has a lot of benefits. It is an improved form of stainless steel, hence it does not corrode off or oxidize. It can withstand extreme load without breaking off due to its highest tensile strength. It can be shaped easily without changing its strength or breaking. It has a great hardened ability and greater strength which makes it ideal for use. Super Duplex is used in the oil and gas industry, heat exchangers, chemical industries, piping systems, etc. Super duplex stainless steel is supplied and manufactured globally and is worked upon each day in having a more improvised form of it.
