The chemical injection and sampler are the end devices of the chemical injection system or the piping medium sampling system.Periodically injecting chemical inhibitor into the pipeline is the most practical way for minimizing or controlling corrosion which requires chemical injectors. EMT Injection System for easy, reliable access, inhibitors can be injected under operating pressure with safety.

The chemical injection has many types of nozzles. The sampler is approximately the same as the injector. Coupon injection consists of pedestal, protecting cover, plug, droppersupport, dropper, connectingtube, and valve. The Internal Assembly of Sampler & Injector consist of solid plug body, injection nut and injection tube. The components connected to Tee are NPT nipple , valve, SWN flange .Process connection size are 2″flange, 2″Flareweld access fitting, 1″Nipple to NPT ball valve. Operation Temperature: -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.Pressure Rating: 6000 PSI or as Flange Size.

Installation Method:
Wrap sealing strip at the thread end of the dropper, connect it to the NPT connection of the injection nut. And then screw it up.
Put primary sealing packing on the screw of the plug with its big end toward the plug center.
Link the other thread connection of the injection nut to the screw of the plug and tighten it,and then screw up the holding screw.
Fix the flange pedestal of the device on the mounting flange of the pipe temporarily (without tightening for the moment)
Fix the assembled injection assemblies of theplug on the flange pedestal and tighten it.
Loosen the connection with mounting flange, take out the complete device. Make sure the orientation of the slope of injection quill. And then adjust the orientation to let the slope ofthe injection quill over against the flow direction of the medium and Spray nozzle opposite. Measure or eye measure the angle between the position of Tee port or Tee flange adapter and the required position.
Remove the fitting body from the plug injection assemblies. Rotate counterclockwise at a certain angle to loosen the fastening screw of injection nut. Then screw it up.
If the injection body is in Tee port shape, wrapsealing strip at two ends of the NPT tube .Then one end connected to T-type side opening on the flangepedestal and the other to the valve end, and screw up.
